I stayed at this hotel, and while it offers a fantastic location right by the beach and in the charming French quarters, my experience was a bit mixed. The rooms were uncomfortable and not very soundproof, which was disappointing. On the upside, the service was exceptional, especially from Mrs. Kalai, who made my stay feel special. Overall, it has great potential, but some urgent renovations are needed.
